What Exactly IS This Event?:

  • Carnival DNGN is a private, invite-only, intimate, sober, consciousness-based, 6-hour immersive experience designed to take you on a journey through the recreational and therapeutic arts of BDSM & KINK. This event is a cross between a party/social gathering, an educational workshop, an adult playground, a human laboratory, an interactive immersive experience, and a performative show. You will be able to meet others in the broader local sex-positive community, watch performances & demonstrations, participate in interactive stations and hands-on experiences with local experts, explore your deepest desires and darkest fantasies, enjoy aphrodisiac mocktails & elixirs, play with new friends and old, and learn more about your own pleasure, pain, fantasies, and desires!

Arrival & Departure:

  • Arrival: Participants are welcome to arrive anytime between 6 and 6:30 PM

  • Departure: Every Carnival DNGN ends at Midnight SHARP!

  • Doors open at 6 PM & Close at 6:30 PM

  • (*No one will be let into the event BEFORE 6 PM or AFTER 6:30 PM. Please give yourself plenty of time for travel, rain, uber, traffic, parking, walking, etc.)

  • Carnival DNGN is a closed container event. This means that we close and lock the doors at 6:30 PM and start the evening together as a cohesive group. There are no new people entering throughout the night.

  • There are no ins and outs allowed throughout the event, once you leave you’re out, you will not be permitted back into the container

  • You are welcome to leave the event at anytime you would like

Location & Venue Address:

  • The Venue Address for each Carnival DNGN is only given to ticket holders once they have purchased their ticket

  • All of the venues we use are either private homes or secluded private venues. We value maintaining the privacy of all of our attendees.

Food & Drink:

  • *Carnival DNGN is a completely SOBER event - there is no alcohol, drugs, or any other substances allowed

  • HYDRATE - FREE Water and Tea are provided at every Carnival DNGN

  • DRINKS - Aphrodisiac Elixirs & Specialty Drinks are available for purchase at our non-alcoholic bar

  • NO FOOD IS SOLD OR PROVIDED AT THE EVENT - We DO NOT provide any food at this event. Since this is a sexy/play/pro-sexuality event, we find that food doesn't mix well with the activities, demonstrations, performances, and context we provide.

  • EAT BEFORE - We recommend that everyone planning to attend Carnival DNGN eat a light/energizing/filling meal beforehand (around 3-5 PM) so you don't get hungry during the event, but also so you don't feel too heavy to play and move comfortably around the space!

  • BRING SNACKS! - If you so desire, you are welcome to bring snacks with you to the event to have on hand for yourself, a friend, or a cute new stranger! We will have a coat check for you to store shoes, a coat, or a bag.

Attire: What Do I Wear?!

  • Rule #1 of Carnival DNGN, dress to impress & undress! ;)

  • Every Carnival DNGN has a different theme, while it can be super fun to dress "on theme", and our team greatly appreciates you helping us set the vibe, dressing in costume related to the theme is not required. However we do have a dress code listed below:

  • Dress Code: Semi-Formal

    • Men/Male/Masculine Presenting: NO T-shirts & NO Shorts - (*A button-up shirt and nice jeans or slacks are always a hit!)

    • Women/Female/Feminine Presenting: Dress in something that makes you feel sexy and beautiful! Lingerie is welcome and encouraged!

What Do I Bring?:

  • A sexy outfit & layers to take on and off throughout the evening as temperature may fluctuate

  • A Refillable Water Bottle

  • A towel/sheet/sarong/squirting pad for play

  • ALL OF YOUR TOYS and anything else that helps you give or receive pleasure!

  • We will have a *small* bag check for small bags, clothes, and shoes!

  • Light Snacks to share with old friends & new! (*If you tend to get hungry or have blood sugar sensitivities)

Coat Check:

  • We provide a small coat check at every Carnival DNGN for participants to store belongings. You are welcome to check your shoes, coats, bags, etc. Our coat check is typically located in an open area and is based on trust and honesty.

Do I have to participate? Do I have to play with others? Can I just play alone or with the people I came with?:

  • No, no, and YES! If you attend this event you are welcome to β€œchoose your own adventure”. While we do our best to create an inclusive environment and reduce β€œclique-ness”, you are ALWAYS welcome to own your yes and no about who you do and do not want to play with. You are literally welcome to come and not interact with anyone all night, or to solely just interact with your couple, or the group you came with - it’s all up to you and what you want to create.

Safety & Consent:

  • Safety & Consent are a paramount part of the Carnival DNGN experience. Every Carnival DNGN begins with an opening circle oriented around setting context, making group agreements, and discussing safety & consent guidelines for the evening.

  • We are sure to have every event displayed with signs regarding safewords, consent policies, scene creation, and safer sex resources and info.

  • Every attendee who attends Carnival DNGN is carefully vetted through our application process - most of our attendees are close friends and/or referred to us by one of our trusted team members.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

  • Preserving the privacy and confidentiality of all of our attendees is very important to us.

  • Who Sees My Application?

    • Only 1 person, our founder, Michaela, views the attendee applications. Your personal information is not shared outside of our organization.

  • Will people know I attended this event?

    • We ask our attendees to be conscientious of keeping the identities of all attendees confidential and not discussing the names or identifying features of anyone they saw or met at this event. We understand that attending an event like this might put some people’s jobs, relationships, friendships, social status’, reputations, and careers at risk. It is our utmost priority to keep you and your identity protected!

  • Will there be photos, videos, or any other media captured of me at this event?: Please see our Photo & Video Policy written below πŸ‘‡πŸ»

Photo & Video Policy:

  • *No Phones Are Allowed To Be Out During This Event

  • *Participants are not allowed to capture any photo or video at any point throughout the event

  • We DO have a Photographer/Videographer present at every Carnival DNGN. This is a necessary part of Carnival DNGN in order to maintain the sustainability of this event and continue growing our beautiful community! Thank you for your understanding.

  • We understand that some people are NOT comfortable having videos or photos of them taken or shared. Because of this we provide red wristbands at check-in for anyone who wants to maintain their privacy and not have any photo or video of them publically or privately shared. Please keep in mind that you may still be captured in video or photos throughout the event but we review all captured media after each event and remove any content involving attendees with red wristbands

  • You will sign the below media release upon purchasing your ticket:
